Having been interested in health and fitness from a very early age, I attended a Yoga class whilst living in America in 2001 and have never looked back! 


I decided to train as a Yoga Teacher in 2003 and gained BSYA (Hatha and Ashtanga) qualifications. I then went on to qualify as a Master Personal Trainer and I am REPS Level 3 registered. I am also EHFA approved.

Overnighter?

AirBnB Breaks

We have a lovely converted Cart Shed in the garden which we offer through AirBnB. Why not treat yourself to an overnight stay and yoga class or some personal training?

Jo's PT sessions have made a huge difference too my fitness. She tailor made a programme to meet my individual needs perfectly, which were to increase core stability, balance and overall strength. I could feel a difference within 2 weeks. I always leave feeling energised and as if I've achieved something. Jo is very supportive, the sessions are fun but she pushes you! Jo genuinely cares about her clients and her PT sessions are an important part of my week and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone - you won't regret it!

Jo's personal training sessions are the perfect mix of fun and hard work. Even if I'm feeling lazy Jo keeps me motivated to push myself further, whether its an extra burpee, heavier weights, more sit ups or faster running on the treadmill. I always leave with a smile on my face.
